Location Castro Valley and San Leandro We are looking for a part-time coach to work in Castro Valley and San Leandro. Local candidates only please (no work status or visa sponsorship available). Schedule Hours between M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm (and Sat/Sun 9am-1pm). Must be available to work one day out of the weekend. Flexibility – We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall). Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional. Saturdays: mornings are required. A full ten‑week commitment is required to take on a lead role. Pay & Incentives Competitive Base Pay The training rate is $22/hour. After completing training, pay is $25/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time). Pay can be up to $35/hour through advancement.
