Seeking an IT Support Technician skilled in PC maintenance to join our team and provide technical assistance to ensure efficient computer operations.
This position involves maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. The IT Support Technician will install and upgrade hardware and software, support user accounts, and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and support user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
- Perform routine analysis and problem solving of network or PC software, hardware, or peripherals.
- Coordinate with hardware or software vendors for service when necessary.
- Install computer hardware, software, and peripherals for new employees.
- Install new software packages and upgrades.
- Manage password assignments as needed.
- Assist in creating system documentation and procedure manuals.
- Provide training sessions for employees on software and hardware systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two-year degree or equivalent preferred.
- General knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware, and PC operating systems preferred.
