Job Description Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Negotiate and administer subcontract agreements. Coordinate design teams, clients, vendors, and field personnel. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Lead owner meetings and provide regular project updates. Ensure quality control and adherence to contract requirements. Monitor project financials and profitability. Identify and resolve project risks proactively. Maintain strong client relationships resulting in repeat business. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Experience managing Corporate Interiors or Tenant Improvement projects. Strong understanding of commercial construction practices. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
