Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role involves providing high-quality therapy services to improve patient mobility and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and exercises.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet varying patient needs and schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Be adaptable to variable scheduling, including weekends.
