Social Media Manager

Crossroads provides full marketing services to business coaching clients across a range of industries. We've grown steadily over the last twenty years by building close, lasting relationships with our clients. Our services include branding strategy, marketing plans, brand development, website design and development, print design, copywriting, SEO, digital ads management, and social media marketing. This role works directly with clients and every member of the Crossroads team. The Role You'll own social media strategy and content calendars for a portfolio of clients across different industries. You'll shoot and edit video and photo content, write copy that sounds like each client's brand, and keep every account performing against KPIs. You'll also manage Crossroads' own social presence and pitch in on web content when the team needs it. This is a hands-on role for someone who moves fast, writes well, and can sit across the table from a client and earn their trust. What You'll Do Build and own the social media strategy and monthly content calendar for each assigned client Shoot high-quality photo and video content using DSLR or mirrorless cameras for client social channels Manage client accounts across Meta Business Manager (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok Write, edit, schedule, and publish posts and blogs for clients Track social KPIs and report on performance to clients and the Marketing Director Use social media management platforms to schedule, publish, and monitor content Engage with client audiences and grow community engagement across platforms Own and manage Crossroads' internal social media accounts Assist with web content as needed Meet directly with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and follow through on every project Handle email marketing for select clients, including newsletters and campaigns Support broader client marketing needs, including research and occasional grassroots marketing efforts Use Basecamp and Dropbox to manage projects and track time What You Bring Marketing background with working knowledge of core social media KPIs Experience shooting video and photo content with DSLR or mirrorless cameras Deep, hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok Experience with at least one social media management platform Strong writing background and sharp editing skills Client-facing experience with good bedside manner: you listen well and build trust fast A self-starter who stays current on social media trends and best practices without being told to Ability to work quickly and accurately, even under deadline pressure Alignment with Crossroads' Christian values Reports To Marketing Director Competitive salary based on experience 100% employer-paid health insurance for the individual employee Bonus opportunities Our Mission To help small business owners build successful businesses on a foundation of Christian values.
