As a Wound Nurse RN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex wound care needs. • Provide expert wound care management to patients with chronic and acute wounds, including surgical wounds, pressure ulcers, and diabetic foot ulcers

• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams

• Conduct thorough wound assessments, measure wound dimensions, and document findings

• Educate patients and families on wound care techniques, including dressing changes, wound irrigation, and compression therapy

• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care plans

• Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Experience in wound care nursing, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Compassion, empathy, and patience in working with patients with complex wound care needs
