Desired Background & Credentials:

• Active and unrestricted California Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)
• Experience delivering OT services in school settings preferred
• Strong grasp of IEP processes and development of individualized intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Organized, compassionate, and resourceful in meeting each student’s unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students based on individual IEP goals
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for students across grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to design and adjust therapy plans
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in accordance with school standards
• Deliver consultative services to help optimize student access and participation within the classroom
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student success
