The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.As a CDL Class B Driver at QXO, you'll safely deliver building materials to customer jobsites while providing reliable, professional service. You'll operate commercial vehicles, inspect and secure loads, assist with loading and unloading, and work closely with Dispatch and branch teams to ensure products arrive safely, accurately, and on time.Perform touch-freight tasks, which may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbsPre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the loadNotify branch management of any potential hazards on siteSet up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloadingMaintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of productsFollow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPEWhat you'll bring:Must be 21 years of age or olderValid Class B CDL license in good standingAt least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experienceExperience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truckWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWhat you'll earn:401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO, company holidays, and parental leavePaid training and certificationsLegal assistance and identity protectionPet insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)Benefits for union-represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
