Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in family medicine
• State medical license and DEA registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
• Require ACLS certification.
• Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the medical staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
