As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol Driver in Elk Grove CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents respond to security-related concerns and provide professional customer service to tenants visitors and staff. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors parking areas common areas access points and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents tenant concerns alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site procedures.
• Monitor access to the property observe visitor and contractor activity and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports incident documentation and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
