Portfolio Risk Analyst

General Responsibilities Responsible for assisting the Credit Administration Manager in preparing reports; maintaining and controlling credit files and related information; coordinating work with other personnel within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the credit function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports. Essential Duties Assists the Credit Administration Manager in preparing reports as follows: Coordinates and gathers information for various reports associated with monitoring the Bank’s loan portfolio. Assists in the distribution of various reports. Maintains and controls credit files and related information as follows: Coordinates and gathers financial information for credit files. Assists with the Bank’s financial statement tracking system. Assists with preparation of loan covenant and annual review monitoring reports. Ancillary Duties Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.
