Director, Finance Transformation & Process Improvement

Summary A $2B+ private equity-backed, high‑growth services company is seeking a Director of Accounting and Controls to join its leadership team. Reporting directly to the VP, Corporate Controller, this role will lead the Accounting and Controls team in executing an internal audit cycle, designing scalable controls, and driving process efficiency. The role is based in the greater Charlotte area and offers significant visibility and career advancement.
