Job Title: Quality Auditing Manager III

Location: 210 Welsh Pool Rd, Exton, PA, 19341

Pay Rate: $70/hr. to $75/hr. ON W2

Position Summary

• Seeking an experienced  Quality Auditing Manager III to support global GMP audit programs across the Americas and international operations.
• This role will independently conduct risk-based audits of CMOs, laboratories, warehouses, suppliers, and internal sites while driving compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead external and internal GMP audits, including onsite, remote, and desktop audits.
• Assess suppliers and partners for GMP and regulatory compliance.
• Author audit reports, evaluate responses, and ensure timely CAPA/follow-up closure.
• Support global audit schedules, procedures, approved supplier programs, and auditor training.
• Identify compliance trends and risks and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Maintain audit records in TrackWise or similar quality systems.
• Support inspection readiness and FDA/EMA regulatory inspections.

Critical Experience

• Strong GMP auditing experience in  sterile manufacturing and biologics environments.
• Hands-on experience with  software validation and computerized systems compliance .
• Excellent audit reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently across a global organization.
