VP, Software Engineering

Vice President, Software Engineering with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Develop, enhance, support and maintain the Firms software solutions in support of its global businesses. Design and implement high-quality, scalable and thoughtful technology solutions leveraging both internal and open-source services. Requires: Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include four (4) years of experience with: C++ or Java; full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and production support; building multi-threaded and multi-process service-oriented enterprise applications within Unix environment; relational database management system (RDBMS) such as Sybase or Oracle; micro-services architecture design and development including REST, Spring, or other back-end technologies; and database query languages, including SQL or NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB.
