Job Title: Nurse Supervisor
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch patient care during the evening shift. If you are a compassionate and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during the evening shift.
Oversee patient care activities and ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans.
Conduct regular rounds to assess patient status and address any issues promptly.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall patient care.
Qualifications:
Valid RN/LPN license in New Jersey.
Proven experience as a Nurse in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices.
