Staffing Coordinator - Odessa Genevieve began with Energi Personnel in 2018, quickly learning the industry as a staffing coordinator. She is a fast learner and always willing to learn new skills. Genevieve is bilingual, which makes her a great asset to the industry and to diverse ethnicities. She enjoys the daily challenges of helping companies with their unique staffing needs. She creates a great customer service relationship with not only the client but the candidate as well. Out of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, teenage daughter and her baby son. Time spent with God and family is what she values the most. - Performed MIG, TIG, and stick welding on compressor packages, piping systems, and structural components.
- Read and interpreted blueprints, weld procedures, and fabrication drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Fabricated, fitted, and assembled metal parts and components according to specifications.
- Operated welding, cutting, grinding, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspected completed welds for quality, strength, and compliance with company standards.
- Assisted with the construction, repair, and maintenance of compressor units and related equipment.
- Maintained a clean and organized work area while following all safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborated with fabricators, mechanics, and production personnel to meet project deadlines.
- Performed routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance on welding tools and machinery.
- Ensured all work met customer requirements and industry quality standards.
