Educate HCPs and their staff on matters related to reimbursement, access and coverage to facilitate appropriate patient access.Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunitiesProvide offices product access/reimbursement expertiseProvide access/reimbursement education to field teamsCoordinate on access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubsSupport patient access to the products by providing subject matter expertise on reimbursement issues that may be barriers to product accessJob RequirementsAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace. We also encourage you to join our Talent Network to stay connected to additional career opportunities.Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:BS/BA Degree required; advanced degree preferredMinimum five years in field reimbursement, field sales, payer marketing, patient support programs and/or reimbursement hub programsExtensive knowledge of payer and health systemsKnowledge of specialty pharmacy dynamics, buy and bill process and Medicare Parts A, B, C and D, as well as Medicaid and Commercial PayersDemonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processesExhibit competent understanding of hub activitiesInterviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location.
