FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Floor Technician – Full Time Location: Crothall Healthcare – 2501 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32804. Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, rotating weekends. Typical shift: 6:00 pm–2:00 am or 6:00 pm–4:00 am. Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. Essential Functions Maintains knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operates various industrial floor‑care equipment, including automated units for large‑area cleaning. Applies proper procedures to carpet and upholstery: shampooing, damp cleaning, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor‑surface types. Completes other duties assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of floor‑care experience (floor‑care technician or related role). Demonstrated knowledge of floor‑care equipment and techniques. Ability to follow safety procedures and lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lb. Benefits Retirement plan. Associate shopping program.
