Position Summary The Passenger Services Supervisor / Coordinator (PRM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a specific shift operation. This includes managing staff, ensuring accurate timekeeping, coordinating workloads, and properly utilizing company and client equipment. All operational discrepancies must be reported to the Operations Manager and/or General Manager. Qualifications Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a shift-work environment required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone Physical & Personal Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, lift, and bend throughout the shift
• Ability to interact professionally with clients, employees, and the public
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
• Must pass a criminal background check and obtain airport security badge
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and support Passenger Services Agents during assigned shift
• Perform duties of frontline staff when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and government regulations
• Create daily schedules and manage staffing levels
• Monitor employee activity and adjust assignments as needed
• Audit employee timekeeping and check-in/out records
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and leadership
• Report incidents, safety hazards, and operational issues promptly
• Track employee locations at 15-minute intervals throughout the shift
• Ensure gates are properly staffed prior to boarding and deplaning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Prepare and submit accurate shift reports before shift end
• Provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary
• Conduct quality assurance checks to meet client standards
• Promote a positive and professional work environment
• Lead by example with professionalism, fairness, and accountability
• Assist with wheelchair services only as needed (last resort)
