Position Summary

Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy of client products through rigorous inspection and quality control. You will maintain the integrity of vault contents while managing workflow from the Vault to Production, Product Fulfillment, and Product Delivery departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cards for Production using pull sheets and manage daily shipments for CSR requests.
• Verify and update JAAMS lot numbers and perform inventory management.
• Maintain neat and organized card trays, labeling them appropriately.
• Assist with problem-solving and replacement card retrieval.
• Perform JAAMS procedures and remakes to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
• Manage supplies and maintain organized workstations.
• Meet safety standards and assist with rush orders.

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• 1-3 years of large-scale inventory experience
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and perform essential duties

• Experience with detailed documentation responsibilities

This position requires a pre-employment background check and drug screening, with annual background check screenings. It is a full-time, on-site role, Monday to Friday, with interviews conducted in person in the mornings. We seek candidates with a solid work history and inventory responsibility.
