Chiropractor – Full TimeThe Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.Key responsibilities include:Consulting with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systemsPerforming manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditionsEducating patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommending treatment plansMaintaining accurate and timely patient recordsArranging for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyzing resultsBuilding positive doctor-patient relationshipsSupporting membership sales through care-focused conversationsQualifications:Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic collegeValid DC license in the applicable statePassing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam)Eligible for malpractice insuranceStrong communication skills and a patient-first mindsetSchedule:This role requires weekend availability.Compensation and benefits:$80,000 minimum base salary DOE + bonus potentialMedical, dental and vision insurance401(K) matchingPaid time off and holiday payLunch breaksCompany paid malpractice insurancePaid parental leave programProfit sharingLicense renewal reimbursementCEU cost allowanceNo external marketing responsibilities expected!Future growth opportunitiesOpportunities for professional growth and developmentComprehensive training and ongoing educationWhy join us:When you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job, you're joining a movement.
