Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production & CNC Machine Operators to join our dynamic team in the Russellville, AR area. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for operating manufacturing machinery, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
- Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
