They will plan and monitor individual student progress and also work with teachers on whole class instruction, breakout spaces, and other in-class student assistance.**Job Description****Applicants must be enrolled at Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation.** In the Resume/CV section of the application, you must upload a screenshot of your admissions status and semester schedule from MyASU.**Application Due by June 12, 2026**Applications are accepted and processed on a rolling basis. You will help these students earn academic success, improve their attendance, and develop positive behaviors at school. You will plan and monitor individual student progress and also work with teachers on whole class instruction, breakout spaces, and other in-class student assistance.This position is unique to the Phoenix location, and only students who are currently enrolled at ASU’s Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation are eligible to apply. Although the ASU SSC position will have similarities to other City Year Student Success Coach roles across the country, there are key differences in benefits and job scope.# Job Description**Hours & Schedule**This is a part-time, temporary (limited benefits) position. Staff are scheduled to work up to 28 hours per week during standard school hours, Monday through Friday. Occasional additional hours may be required for training or special events.
