Position Overview:

We Achieve ABA is currently seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping children grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and/or community settings.
• Collect and accurately record data during therapy sessions.
• Maintain timely and compliant session documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress.
• Assist in promoting skill development, communication, independence, and positive behaviors.
• Maintain professionalism and consistency while building rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience in ABA, behavioral therapy, childcare, education, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and professional in various situations.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required (training available for qualified candidates).
• Experience with central reach preferred.
