Quick Facts: Location: 850 West Baraga Avenue, Marquette, MI 49855 Start Date: 07/30/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing with scheduled rotations Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (occasional night and weekend call) Hours/week: Approximately 40 Employment Type: Employed practice License/Certs: Michigan medical license, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Experience: Prior outpatient and inpatient experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, and licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Additional perks: Supportive team environment, genetic counselor onsite, weekly tumor board meetings, strong primary care integration, and fully equipped EMR system (ONCO EMR) What You’ll Do: Manage a patient caseload focusing primarily on outpatient Hematology and Oncology Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and genetic counselors Participate in weekly tumor board discussions and case reviews Provide expert guidance on patient care plans Support research initiatives and quality improvement projects as applicable Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards What You Need: Medical license in Michigan Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology Experience in outpatient and inpatient oncology care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a collegial environment About the Assignment: Join a reputable healthcare network in Marquette, MI, dedicated to providing top-tier cancer care in a supportive and innovative environment.
