Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)Meadow Wind Health Care Center | Massillon, Ohio

Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Available

Meadow Wind Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Respiratory Therapists to join our growing clinical team. As a CRT, you will play a vital role in providing respiratory care services to residents with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions while working alongside an interdisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to exceptional resident outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor resident respiratory status

• Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments

• Operate and monitor respiratory equipment

• Assist with pulmonary rehabilitation programs

• Monitor residents with COPD, pneumonia, asthma, tracheostomies, and other cardiopulmonary conditions

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, nurse practitioners, and therapy teams

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and clinical meetings

• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care plans and disease management

• Respond promptly to changes in resident respiratory condition and communicate findings to the clinical team

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
