Senior Accountant Coppell, TX - 4 days in office Compensation $95-105k + bonus We are seeking a highly motivated and hands‑on Senior Accountant to join a growing, private equity‑backed logistics company. This role will be instrumental in building, refining, and executing core accounting processes for a growing company. Reporting directly to the assistant controller, they will take ownership of day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability of financial processes. This is a very hands‑on, process‑driven role designed to establish structure and discipline across the accounting function, ultimately freeing up time for leaders to focus on strategic initiatives such as audit readiness, financial planning, and growth execution.
