Job Summary and Qualifications Coordinates the collection, evaluation, and dissemination of performance data relative to specified quality improvement programs within the hospital. Maintains documents and records according to state and federal health care standards. Demonstrates competency and performs consistently under non-routine conditions and complex situations. Coaches others on performance and suggests ideas for development. Uses knowledge to challenge current assumptions/practice. Significantly improves specific processes; recommends and facilitates initiatives to improve stakeholder value. Drives key business improvements and results. Participates as a subject matter expert. Qualifications you will need Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start. 3 to 5 years related experience in acute care clinical experience. Knowledge or experience with JCAHO & other regulatory agencies, process improvement, and PI tools including computer programs such as Word & Excel. We are an equal opportunity employer.
