At a $3,000+ price point, the community is the pitch.What success looks like in this role:Saves and shares per post (our primary signal that content is genuinely useful)DM trigger volume by keyword via ManyChat automationFollower growth rate and explore/search reachConsistency and quality of the content calendar — nothing falls through the cracksMonthly pipeline influenced by Instagram, tracked via UTMs & link-in-bio clicksThis is a majority remote position, but technically it is hybrid.
