Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (3x12)
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN) for an urgent 8-week travel assignment in Midland, Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency nursing care to both adult and pediatric patients
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced ED
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Respond effectively to trauma and critical care emergencies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience (facility of similar size preferred)
- Recent ER travel experience within the past 6–8 months preferred
- Experience in a Level II or Level III Trauma Center
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (or willingness to obtain TNCC if offered)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
