This rewarding role covers multiple school sites, combining both onsite and VOCO (virtual) physical therapy services in a supportive academic environment. Your expertise will aid students in meeting their mobility and developmental goals throughout the school year.

What you’ll bring:

• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Prior pediatric or school-based PT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to supervise licensed PTAs delivering virtual services
• Comfort working with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work both in-person and virtually, as assigned

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy interventions to students, supporting IEP goals and functional needs
• Assess, document, and report each student’s progress and evolving requirements
• Serve as a PT resource on multidisciplinary evaluation and educational planning teams
• Supervise PTA staff performing virtual services and review related documentation
• Provide effective parent and teacher education on therapy strategies and accommodations
• Manage a hybrid schedule: 37.5 onsite hours plus up to 20 weekly virtual hours for supervision and paperwork
• Maintain compliance with all regulations and best-practice standards
