HWL Requisition:Concord Hospital-R24349A Shift: Nights, 6:45PM - 7:15AM, every other weekend\r\nCan not approve 4th of July wknd RTO\r\nSubmission Requirements:\r\nWILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles)\r\nUp to date resume that includes 1 yr minimum experience in specialty in acute care setting OR experience is preferable and documents travel experience.\r\nReferences-2 recent (specialty) Charge/Manager RN\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics\r\nActive NH\r\nLicenses verification and RRT\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\nEMR Exp Preferred: Cerner- experience preferred not required\r\nWill take 1st time traveler\r\nTraveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246 or Concord Hospital-Franklin,15 Aiken Ave, Franklin, NH 03235.
