We are seeking a confident, self-motivated Operations Coordinator to work in our showroom and keep our sales team organized. This role focuses on high-level administrative coordination, sales team assistance, and customer support.

** Schedule **

• ** Hours: ** Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• ** Status: ** Full-time

** Core Responsibilities **

• ** Showroom Floor Assistance: ** Work on the showroom floor to greet and assist walk-in customers as they arrive, handling initial inquiries, and connecting them with a salesperson or designer as needed.
• ** Sales Team Clerical Coordination: ** Serve as the central support hub by managing and executing any clerical, administrative, or paperwork needs for the sales team.
• ** Sales Team Support: ** Check in regularly with salespeople to stay on top of their pending tasks and accurately complete their quotes and assist with pipelines.
• ** Client & Vendor Communication: ** Manage incoming phone lines and make proactive outbound calls to customers and manufacturers to follow up on orders.
• ** Showroom & Office Presentation: ** Maintain a clean, professional, and well-organized appearance for both the showroom and the office.
• ** System & Office Admin: ** Utilize internal ERP and quoting software.
• ** Inventory Control: ** Tracking stock levels and organizing merchandise displays as needed.

** Qualifications & Requirements **

• ** Traits: ** Highly confident, self-motivated, and assertive with the ability to take immediate action without waiting for direction when appropriate.
• ** Interpersonal Skills: ** Comfortable in a front-facing customer role with the ability to work with and assist diverse personalities.
• ** Communication: ** Clear verbal and written skills, as well as being comfortable making professional phone calls.
• ** Tech Skills: ** Proficient with MS Office Suite and comfortable learning internal ERP and quoting software.
• ** Execution: ** Strong organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• ** Physical & Logistics: ** Reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• ** Pluses: ** Experience in restaurants or commercial kitchen environments.
