Job Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical exams and comprehensive reviews of medical histories.
• Assist in assessing and diagnosing surgical conditions via detailed imaging interpretations and laboratory results.
• Collaborate with surgeons to develop and implement tailored surgical treatment plans for each patient.
• Provide intraoperative assistance, which includes equipping operating rooms, ensuring proper patient positioning, and efficiently managing surgical instruments.
• Deliver outstanding pre-operative and post-operative care, including administering medications, managing wound care, planning discharges, and educating patients.

Education

• Possession of a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Completion of clinical rotations with a strong surgical focus is highly preferred.

Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS is essential.
• Possession of or eligibility for state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
