TCI Transportation is looking for a Regional Safety Manager who will become a trusted partner to operations, a mentor to drivers and managers, and a champion for safety across multiple locations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows DOT and FMCSA regulations inside and out—and enjoys turning compliance into a competitive advantage.

What You'll Own

As our Regional Safety Manager, you'll help shape the future of safety across our organization by:

• Leading engaging onboarding and ongoing safety training
• Investigating accidents and injuries while identifying root causes
• Conducting DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, Hazmat, and Hours-of-Service compliance audits
• Overseeing Driver Qualification (DQ) file compliance
• Coaching Driver Managers, Regional Managers, technicians, and drivers
• Performing facility inspections and identifying operational risks
• Monitoring safety scorecards, trends, and performance metrics
• Conducting ride-alongs and field coaching with drivers
• Partnering with leadership to improve safety performance across every operation
• Traveling approximately 30–40% throughout your assigned region to support our teams where they need you most.

You're Our Ideal Candidate If You Have

Extensive knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, EPA, and PHMSA regulations

Experience leading safety investigations and compliance initiatives

Confidence delivering training and coaching leaders

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

The ability to influence others through leadership—not authority

A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
