Compensation Package Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually. Commission: 40% on new business and 30% on renewals. Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available upon request. Work Environment: Flexible work arrangements (in-office, hybrid, or remote) based on experience and performance. Responsibilities Generate leads and secure new business opportunities in the employee benefits sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Manage accounts ranging from 22 to 200 lives, with varying account sizes and policies. Collaborate with branch managers and other team members to achieve organizational goals. Travel to meet with clients as needed to provide personalized service and support. Participate in a structured onboarding and training program to ensure success in the role. Qualifications Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software preferred. Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills. Soft Skills: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Work Environment: Newer producers are expected to work onsite, while seasoned professionals may have the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
