SERVICE TECHNICIANS--HVAC

Immediate Opening
Immediate opening for a well-respected, well-established Queens based company looking for a field HVAC Service Technician. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience.
Responsibilities may include:
- Installs, troubleshooting, diagnosing repairing commercial & residential HVAC systems, controls, chilled water systems, boilers, variable volume air systems, off site at customer locations.
Qualifications:
- AC experience
- EPA certification
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills
- Very strong customer communication skills and ability to follow all customer work rules
- Computer and internet skills
- Valid Driver License with good record
Job responsibilities:
- PM, install, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Complete work in a professional manner, on-time and neat
- Effectively communicate with customers, manager and dispatcher
- Maintain service vehicle
- Place orders for parts as needed; complete necessary paperwork
- Other duties as designated by management
- Summer OT is highly required and you may be asked to be on stand-by over the weekend
