AV Technical Support Specialist: Troubleshooter & Customer Trainer

Biamp Systems LLC

Biamp Systems LLC seeks a Technical Support Specialist to advise customers on AV hardware and software, troubleshoot complex systems, and assist with design of Biamp AV installations. You will interact with integrators, consultants, and administrators via phone, email, and chat, and may travel up to 10% for trade shows or on-site support.
