Salesforce System Administration and Configuration Serve as a senior administrator responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce functionality in support of recruitment and enrollment operations. Maintain and improve automation, data stewardship processes, and overall system reliability in an environment with ongoing demand and a sizable backlog. Adhere to university policies, security standards, and Salesforce best practices. Solution Design and Delivery Design and implement scalable, maintainable declarative solutions aligned with business needs, platform best practices, and long‑term sustainability. Translate complex business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions, asking thoughtful questions and providing clear recommendations on feasibility, tradeoffs, and approach.
