Delivery Team Associate

Job Overview TOPS Staffing is hiring a contract-to-hire delivery driver for a well-established HVAC company located in Sewickley, PA. This position involves local deliveries no more than 60 miles from the shop, with no overnight stays; the driver will start and finish at the shop each day. Drive a 16‑foot box truck to deliver locally. Perform pre‑trip safety inspection. Load and unload materials in the warehouse. Handle material using a forklift (experience required). Pick and pull orders from the warehouse. Assist with other miscellaneous job duties as needed. Keep the truck clean. Shift schedule: daylight, Monday to Friday, occasional weekend deliveries. Typical start time 7am; hours vary based on delivery locations. Starting pay: $18.00‑$19.00 per hour. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Clean driving record. Prior driving experience. Material handling experience; forklift experience mandatory. Physical ability to lift up to 45lbs. HVAC knowledge a plus but not required.
