The Role As our Dispatcher, you will be the heart of the operation, ensuring that our service calls are efficiently managed and executed. You’ll have the freedom to think creatively and help improve how we schedule jobs, communicate with customers, and support our field technicians, keeping things running smoothly and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Service Calls: Schedule and assign jobs to the right technician, ensuring all details are correct and timely. Optimize Scheduling: Continuously improve scheduling processes for speed and efficiency. Support Technicians: Provide the team with all information needed to complete jobs quickly and effectively. Maintain Communication: Relay important information between technicians, customers, and the office to keep operations running smoothly. Track and Monitor Schedules: Adjust schedules as needed to stay on top of urgent calls and plan for upcoming work. Assist with Customer Relations: Serve as the friendly voice that keeps customers updated and valued. Record Keeping: Document key details—customer requests, services performed, and other essential information—to keep records accurate. Other Duties: Help with office maintenance, parts ordering, restocking supplies, and event preparation as needed.
