Location: Mundelein, IL
Starting Pay: $18/hr.
Position Type: Temporary (typically 3–4 months)
Shift: 12-hour shifts | Day and night shift openings vary based on staffing needs | Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend

Resource Employment Solutions is hiring a Temporary Warehouse Associate in Mundelein, IL to support fast-paced warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll help keep product moving accurately and efficiently through picking, packing, shipping/receiving, and other key warehouse functions. You may also have opportunities to work in equipment-driven areas such as forklift operations based on experience and business needs. If you take pride in staying organized, working safely, and being a dependable teammate, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-Day

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to meet daily production goals
• Support shipping and receiving tasks, including staging, labeling, and organizing freight
• Operate warehouse equipment as assigned based on experience and operational needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following site safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties based on staffing needs and workload priorities

What You Bring – Skills that Make a Difference

• Prior warehouse experience in picking/packing, shipping/receiving, or similar work preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail for accurate order handling and inventory movement
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend
• For equipment-based roles, such as forklift positions, prior experience is required
