We are currently partnering with a heating and air conditioning company in Baraboo, WI to add an experienced, reliable HVAC Technician & Installer to join their team.What's the role?In the HVAC Technician role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, follows safety standards, and enjoys working as part of a team.In the HVAC Installer role, you'll be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, follows safety standards, and enjoys working as part of a team.What will I do day to day?Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipmentInstall HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductworkRead and follow blueprints, specifications, and work ordersTest installed systems to ensure proper operationEnsure work is completed safely and according to local codesDiagnose system issues and perform necessary repairsPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenanceProvide professional and courteous service to customersMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean work site Required skills and qualifications:Previous HVAC Technician or Installer experience preferred, but not requiredTechnical or trade school training is a plusBasic knowledge of HVAC systems and toolsValid driver's licenseAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmentsStrong attention to detail and teamwork skillsWhat will my schedule look like?Employees will start each day at their Baraboo, WI location and travel to job sites in company vehicles.
