Build strong partnerships with BestBuy staff to achieve key initiatives and goals. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly. Provide excellent customer and client service to customers and BestBuy employees. Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Complete display resets during product launches. Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Daily accurate reporting. Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals. Customer/client satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high‑demand retail holidays.
