Manufacturing Associate I

Manufacturing Associate I at Repligen produces fluid management products in an ISO-certified cleanroom environment. The role involves assembly, quality inspections, machinery operation, and packaging of bioprocessing equipment components.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic and complex assembly techniques on fluid management products
- Read manufacturing drawings and execute standard operating procedures
- Conduct detailed visual inspections on in-process and finished products
- Operate manual and automated machinery in cleanroom environment
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for distribution
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE
Compensation: $24/hr - $26/hr
