Program Manager

To manage the program and ensure the integration and implementation of the program elements are as per agreed schedule| budget and quality so as to achieve the strategic intent of the program Key Responsibilities 1. To ensure value creation in the engagement 2. To manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives. 3. To manage engagement profitability by managing various variables 4. To proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements 5. To lead| manage| develop and engage the team 6. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
