This role will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations, building and developing high-performing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing operations is preferred. 1st Shift 7:00am-3:00pmThe Sr. Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) role has a national salary range of $85,000 - $100,000. For roles within California and Washington the range is $85,000 to $110,000.
