Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage Property Manager Earn $14.50 per hour. Benefits Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm). Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties. Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk and move around facilities, spending about 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal free of debris. Qualifications Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
