Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote skill development.
• Monitor and document client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Provide training and support to caregivers on behavior management techniques.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for clients.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.

Requirements:

• NO DEGREE NEEDED! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED BUT PREFERRED. WILLING TO TRAIN
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• BCBA or RBT certification preferred or in progress.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and data collection methods.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and treatment goals.
