What Youll Do Core Functional Summary The Marketing and Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for leading the Helm Bank USAs marketing, brand, digital engagement, market intelligence, and product commercialization strategies. This role serves as a strategic business partner to the Executive Leadership Team, driving growth through a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and the Banks products and services. The incumbent is accountable for translating business strategy into integrated marketing and digital initiatives that enhance brand awareness, accelerate customer acquisition and retention, and position the Banks products and services competitively within the marketplace. This role combines traditional marketing leadership with advanced capabilities in product marketing, market analysis, customer insights, and digital innovation to ensure the Banks value proposition remains differentiated, relevant, and compelling. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute an enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned with the Banks strategic objectives, growth plans, and revenue targets.Establish short- and long-term marketing priorities that support business expansion, customer growth, and market penetration.Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on market trends, customer behaviors, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats.Lead annual marketing planning, budget development, resource allocation, and performance measurement. Product Marketing & Commercialization Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Banks products, services, customer segments, and revenue drivers.Lead product marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition, differentiation, and competitive advantages of the Banks offerings.Partner with business line leaders to assess product performance, market relevance, customer adoption, and growth opportunities.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and enhancements.Ensure product messaging, positioning, and customer communications are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.Drive product commercialization efforts that maximize customer engagement, adoption, and profitability.Develop strategies to educate clients on Banks product offering and financial opportunities, empowering informed decision-making and deeper customer relationships. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Establish a robust market intelligence framework to monitor industry trends, customer preferences, economic conditions, and competitive activity.Conduct ongoing market research and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities, emerging risks, and strategic advantages.Analyze market demand, customer segments, product performance, and competitive positioning to inform business and marketing strategies.Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding market opportunities, product enhancements, and strategic investments.Serve as the organizations primary resource for market intelligence and customer insights. Brand Management & Corporate Communications Protect, strengthen, and evolve the Banks brand identity, reputation, and market presence.Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all customer-facing channels and communications.Oversee public relations, corporate communications, thought leadership, community engagement, and reputation management initiatives.Develop strategies that reinforce brand awareness, trust, and customer loyalty. Digital Strategy & Customer Experience Lead the Banks digital marketing strategy, including website management, digital campaigns, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and online customer engagement.Partner with business and technology leaders to enhance digital customer experiences and optimize customer journeys.Leverage emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.Drive innovation in digital channels to improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Customer Insights & Analytics Establish data-driven marketing practices that leverage customer, market, and performance analytics.Develop segmentation strategies and customer insights that improve targeting, personalization, and engagement.Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition costs, and return on marketing investments.Provide executive leadership with meaningful dashboards, reporting, and strategic recommendations. Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing and digital strategy team.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Strengthen partnerships across all business lines to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.Lead agency relationships, vendor management, and external marketing partnerships. What Youll Need Requirements and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Economics, or a related experience required. Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising. Financial services or banking experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated growth strategies that deliver measurable business results. Experience leading product positioning, market analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market initiatives. Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, analytics platforms, customer experience strategies, and emerging technologies. Proven ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish/Portuguese.
